Streamline Track-out Programs All of Streamline's track-out programs will be held at the Curran Aquatics Center which is located behind the Cary Towne Center at 275 Convention Drive in Cary, NC. Spring 2012 Track-out Stroke Clinics Track out BLUE - designed for swimmers who can comfortably swim a full length (25 yards) of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke as well as attempt the butterfly. This clinic will focus on learning proper stroke technique in all four competitive strokes while also working on endurance and speed. We will also emphasize diving, backstroke starts and race finishes. Children in this clinic should have at least 1-2 years of summer swim team experience. Track out SILVER - designed for the swimmer who has a solid foundation in the sport of competitive swimming. Swimmers must be able to swim at least two lengths (50 yards) of the pool in freestyle, backstroke breaststroke and butterfly. At this level there will be a very strong emphasize on building endurance and speed as well as perfecting all strokes, starts, turns and finishes. Swimmers in the Silver group should have 2 or more years of summer swim team experience. Spring 2012 Track-out Clinic Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri Track out Blue - 9:30-10:30 Track out Silver - 10:30-11:30 ***Track-out clinics must have a minimum enrollment of 4 students. If one level does not meet the enrollment requirements we will combine groups if possible. Dates: Track 1 - March 5 - March 23 Track-out clinic cost: You can sign up for as few or as many weeks of your track-out break as you would like. The cost breakdown is as follows: 1 week (3 classes) - $50 2 weeks (6 classes) - $90 3 weeks (9 classes) - $130 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Spring 2012 Track-out Swim Lessons: Streamline will offer track-out swim lessons by request.
